Fit in some raw
animal protein and fats (from high quality sources), preferably daily, such as raw dairy foods (milk, cream, kefir, unheated yogurts, ice cream), raw fish (ideally fermented), and raw muscle or organ meats (such as steak tartare, freezing meat for at least two weeks before consumption to eliminate parasite risk), and egg yolks (

Inflammatory bowel disease risk is also tied to arachidonic acid (

animal protein connection, given the levels in chicken and eggs (
see Chicken, Eggs, and Inflammation).
If you look at one of the latest videos - of - the - day, you will
see that
proteins common in
animals seem to have negative health effects.

saw rice (or potatoes) alone and then with added
animal protein.
I have
seen a lot of hype lately around «Ketogenic diets», which I believe to be some sort of refined or tweaked version of the Atkins / low carb — high
animal protein diets.
However, you'll
see from the graph above that the wealthier countries in Europe are clustered together in the top left hand portion of the graph (high fat and
animal protein intake, lower CVD risk), so extrapolating this data to recommendations for individuals would be very tricky.
The meals composed of carbs and
animal proteins are usually Western style, which is why we
see many metabolic disease in Western countries.
But what's crazy is that even if you do keep the saturated
animal fat and cholesterol the same, by adding meat fats to the veggie burgers, and making the plant group swallow cholesterol pills to equal it out, sometimes you still

In addition to looking at specific mechanisms by which
animal protein and
animal foods are disease promoting, we can look at the population level to
see which eating patterns produce the healthiest outcomes.
As you can
see,
animal protein has the highest amount of
protein / calories, although tofu has about 20 grams per half cup which is pretty substantial.
Initially, he organized an experiment to
see if eating less
protein and
animal food would really make him and his colleagues weaker and less able to put in a good day's work.
The biggest problem I
see among my patients is the result of combining
animal proteins and carbohydrates in the diet, such as meat and potatoes, which require different mediums in order to be properly digested.
I have
seen dogs getting better and living several extra years (considering what the vets diagnosed) after their food was changed from
animal protein based to plant food in general.
As you'll
see, pea
protein is actually one of the best plant - based forms of
protein that you can eat — on par with the best of
animal - derived powders — and, when flavored and sweetened well, has a uniquely pleasant taste.
Normally when an
animal snacks on a glycan - rich food, the bond between the glycan and the fat or
protein is degraded and the host gets the
protein / fat while the gut bugs metabolize the glycan — and sometimes the glycan gets assimilated into the body as we
see with glycosaminoglycan / GAGs.
Well, other studies have shown that eating more
animal protein actually increases calcium absorption, and this has been shown in human isotope trials where they tracked the progress of calcium through the body, and I have a slide — This is a podcast, so you can't
see this, but in the presentation, a show a slide.
In
animal studies, we
see the opposite:
protein restriction extends maximum lifespan, which means that at high ages, mortality is lower, but increases risk of early death, which means that in middle age mortality is higher.
I
see everyone here getting stressed up because of Dr Greger conclusions but now go and check dr Robert Morse vidéos and the man clearly insists: all
proteins whether
animal or plant - based are acidic for the blood, suitably feed cancer environment and you basically should stay as much as possible away from them!
I
see no difference in quality between
animal and plant
protein.
Fads and diets will come and go, I have
seen dozens in the 20 + years of my naturopathic practice, but the fact remains that we all have a high requirement for
protein and that
protein does not have to be a meat to qualify as a quality

sees that human beings do not need high

animal protein (yes, the one in eggs whites included) specifically with cancer, and degenerative diseases, ever really knew about The China Study?

animal proteins / dairy and
see the benefits when your body is getting more vitamins, minerals and nutrients!
