as «Coming Soon,» but is actually marketing the property to a
select group of buyers, the
licensee is engaging in misleading advertising.
Before finalizing the asking price (sometimes referred to
as the list price), you may wish to ask your
selected licensee to prepare an estimate of the net cash proceeds you will receive on completion of the sale, based on the suggested asking price and the financing arrangements currently in place.
