COLOGNE — From Thursday, April 10th through Sunday, April 13, Corbett vs. Dempsey will present a booth in the «Collaborations» section of Art Cologne, with a myriad of work from the gallery's inventory selected by artist Charline von Heyl.

Her work has been exhibited at the Lancaster Art Museum (PA), Atlantic Center for the Arts (FL), and she was one of the selected artists to participate in The Artist Project at Art Chicago 2008.

Selected artists will gain access to our 3,000 square foot co-working studio in the heart of the L.E.S. arts district for 2 months, working towards a week long curated group show of work slated for summer 2018.

Seda - Reeder selected 40 works of art of the roughly 200 entries, representing 34 artists living and working in and near Dayton.

She has had the privilege to see her work selected in juried competitions by eminent curators such as Peter Blum / Peter Blum Gallery, James Cuno / Art Institute Chicago, Lynne Warren / Curator, Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago, and Maxwell Anderson / Whitney Museum, to mention a few.

This year's exhibition features the work of an artists» «collective» - Northampton artists Ali Osborn, Raphy Griswold, and Teddy O «Connor - who will position their work alongside works they select from the UMass permanent art collection and place them in direct dialogue with one another.

Showcasing the work of 21 artists, including nine new productions commissioned and selected in close collaboration with independent curator Julie Boukobza, the show has been produced by Balkan Projects — a new initiative led by LA - based Serbian actress Marija Karan, which aims to bring the Balkan art scene to an international stage.

Since its founding, the gallery has also specialized in the resale of select works of art from the 20th century by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Andy Warhol, Gerhard Richter, and Sigmar Polke.
