sending obscene material through the mail — the Justice Department did not look into the program until 1974, and even then it uncovered no crimes.
Customer shall not: (i) use the Services in violation of applicable Laws; (ii) in connection with the Services,
send or store infringing,
obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful or tortious
material, including
material that violates privacy rights.
