ODND started coming together in January 2016, when a
group of friends in Maine's animal
rescue community saw a need for focusing on getting
senior dogs out of shelters and into loving foster and forever homes as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, few
rescue groups in the United States offer the specialized care
senior dogs need, leaving a great need for special programs such as in - home hospice care and financial support for
dogs in loving homes.
