sensations of your body (and you do not think about all the time that do I get an erection while watching down and you see the loose noodle — meditation will help you get out of your head).

is the opposite of this forgetfulness — it involves becoming deliberately aware of yourself
in the
present moment, of your thoughts, feelings, actions and physical
sensations.
