It seems to me that science, particularly

serious measures (tripling electricity rates, banning much car use etc.).
The frontpage implies that
climate science to date has not been «real,» while the many errors made by the speakers as well as their
serious credibility
issues (Willie Soon's infamous paper, another paper more recently with Noah Robinson that made up data, Spencer's flawed book on
climate sensitivity, Singer's history since about 1990, Schmitt's uncorrected error in a NASA paper, Bast and Taylor's lies in defense
of Schmitt, and so on) suggest the opposite — the speakers at the ICCC are the ones attempting to falsify the science.

This question is designed to expose the fact that because delays in ghg emissions based on costs to the polluter makes the enormous threat
of climate change much more difficult to solve and more likely that
serious harms and damages will be experienced, therefore arguments for delays in reducing ghg emissions based upon cost raise moral and ethical
issues because the delays are making the problem much worse, more difficult to solve, and great harms inevitable.
The strategy is to divide conservative candidates and moderate voters; framing conservatives as standing on the morally wrong side

If there were
serious disagreements and competing schools
of thought within

serious PR efforts to encourage people to believe that's the case.
These attempts to mislead the public may well have huge adverse effects on the

Taking a neutral stance at this point on rehashed work from «NIPCC» (Fred Singer and friends), well known for serial,
serious errors in overall interpretation, analysis and communication
of the science and transparent but largely unexamined ideological bias at play in their playground «reports» — never mind suggesting that this kind
of effort «competes» with the work
of the world's
climate scientists and the 2,500 multidisciplinary specialists contributing to IPCC reports combined with the tens
of thousands
of additional scientists and many others who raise real questions that result from reading, reviewing, evaluating and evolving the information in both IPCC summaries and domestic science and discussion
of the science, knowledgeably and in good faith and with open identification
of the nature
of the social and political
issues — is just not credible.
