For grain - free,
serve on a baked potato!
For a healthier version, I've eliminated the bun and made our sloppy Joe sauce from scratch (which eliminates any grain - containing thickeners commonly found in processed sauces) and
served it on a baked potato for a delicious twist the whole family will enjoy.

on a
baked potato —
served with tortilla chips — as a topping for nachos (just add the calories for those!)

served on it's own with a salad, or over

potatoes, rice, quinoa, polenta or gluten free noodles.
It's traditionally a dish
served with rice or naan bread, but this spicy chickpea is just as enjoyable
on a
baked sweet
potato.
I

on a bed of sautéed noodles, you can pick whatever you like; even a creamy mashed
potato on the side will compliment this sticky
baked chicken really well.
I ate these with lightly grilled homemade flatbread like a sandwich, and some sides
on tops like lettuce, cucumber or whatever and it was insanely good, but for proper lunch or dinner, I like
serving it with mashed /

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees / Butter a
baking dish / Melt 2 T butter in large skillet
on medium heat / Add onions, rosemary and salt and saute until onions are tender and are beginning to color, about 10 minutes / Add remaining 2T butter, apple cider to skillet and stir to combine / Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let it cool down slightly / Combine sliced
potatoes, apples, and onion mixture in large bowl, toss gently to blend / Transfer to
baking dish, cover with foil and
bake 40 minutes or until
potatoes are tender / Remove foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and continue to
bake until the top browns, about 10 — 15 minutes longer / Let stand 15 minutes before
serving.
Normally, I
serve baked potatoes when we have soup for dinner but since this soup already has
potatoes in it, we had a big pile of lemon basil turmeric veggies
on the side.
Serve the meat mixture spooned
on to the buns or
baked russet or sweet
potato.
Serve on buns, over fresh greens, or
on top of a
baked potato for a filling dinner.
Lightly breaded chicken
baked,
served on top of garlic mash
potatoes with a drizzled lemon caper sauce.
The brisket is very flavorful and could just as easily be
served traditionally
on a bun with

Chili and Cheese Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
on a budget: What you need for 1
serving: 1
baked sweet
potato, 2/3 cup turkey or vegetable chili (store bought or homemade are both fine), 1/4 cup shredded cheese How to make it: Cut into the
baked sweet
potato (but not all the way through) to create an opening.
Serve this flavorful chunky salsa with corn chips or in steamed corn tortillas with rice, or
on top of salads, hash browns, or
baked or mashed
potatoes.
And we
baked the
potatoes four hours ahead, put in oven proof
serving dish, and reheated them for 30 minutes
on 350 and 15 more minutes at 375.
You can
serve it by itself,
on top of a
baked potato or even over a bed of fresh kale or spinach.
Pipe the hummus onto the
potatoes while the
potatoes are still
on the
baking sheet and transfer to a
serving dish or arrange the
potatoes onto your
serving dish first and then pipe.
If you like,
serve alongside your favorite vegan gravy with steamed broccoli and mashed
potatoes or twice
baked potatoes on the side.
Serve with fresh corn
on the cob or a
baked potatoes or sweet
potatoes, and a colorful tossed salad for an easy meal.
I photographed the chicken
served on a roll as a sandwich but you could also use it to make quesadillas, top
baked potatoes, add protein to mac & cheese, pile
on a pizza, fill lettuce wraps (a low carb option!)
You can also make it for dinner and
serve with soup,

potatoes and / or corn
on the cob, depending
on appetite.
For an easy meal,

Omg i love this recipe i followed recipe except i only juiced 3 limes and
baked for 20 min uncovered and then another 25 min covered i layed chicken
on a bed of spinache and
served with a side of mashed sweet
potato... i used McCormick chili powder 1tbsp not spicy at all but i love spicy food so thats my opinion and taste buds... I highly recommend this easy and super delish meal for anytime of the year i will be incorporating this in my menu at home... THANK YOU Gracias for posting this recipe.
