Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees / Spread tomato sauce

small dish and then gently transfer into casserole which has been spread with the sauce / Sprinkle eggs with salt & pepper to taste, and grated Parmesan / Bake for 8 — 10 minutes

Serve with crackers, garnishing with chopped parsley
I should probably confess that while this salad is sized for 2 normal
servings and 4
small side
dish sized
servings, I ate the entire thing
in a sitting.
This is my adapted version of a few different recipes so finally one to call my own:
Serves 12 - 16
in two 9 X 13 casserole
dishes (this recipe if for a crowd — cut
in half to make for a
small family) Ingredients: 1 lb.
And maybe this can be made
in small dishes for individual size
servings as a workaround for getting it out and still looking photogenic.
I cooked everything
in a
dish of glass and
served in plates, but it would be more interesting and convenient to cook this
dish in small dishes made of clay with covers.
Presentation Find a
small, white
serving dish, about 3 to 4 inches
in diameter and place the pesto
in that with a
small serving spoon.
I baked mine
in two larger
dishes, but this could easily be done
in smaller ramekins for individual
servings, or
in one larger
dish.

dishes as it does with comfort foods.
