Arrange the
beet tartare
on a large
serving plate.
It is so good and so stupidly easy, especially because you can prepare the
beets a few days earlier, so it will only take 5 minutes to put together this plate
on the day you
serve it.
Toss most of the dressing with the arugula, onion and
