As soon as the
pepper looks well roasted, take it out and transfer into a bowl, cover and
set aside for
around 20 minutes.
Place the
pepper halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet and bake until softened and slightly caramelized
around the edges, 12 to 15 minutes;
set aside.
