As they are browning on one side, carefully

Preparation: - Place a large, deep, non-stick pan (or even medium non-stick pot) over medium - high heat, and add in about 1 tablespoon

6 — Now, take your chocolate fudge out
of the fridge or freezer (they should be nice and

I had to buy a
set of measuring
spoons and cups in US sizes.
After about three minutes you can lift the eggs out
of the water with a slotted
spoon to see how
set the yolks are.
Spoon around 1tsp
of the raw chocolate mix over the walnuts and place to

Once the ganache has
set gently
spoon the raspberry curd over the top
of the ganache.
Pour about 2 tablespoons
of batter onto the hot griddle and, using the underside
of a large
spoon and working quickly before the pancake begins to

of each cupcake;
set those aside.
Then
set all
of the ingredients out on the counter ready to be used (with the measuring cups and
spoons set out too).
