:) Our Easter tradition was a lemon pound cake made in a lamb
shaped cake pan.
Since I don't have a lamb
shaped cake pan, I decided to pay homage to that cake by preparing a similar recipe in cupcake form — sans eggs and dairy, and complete with naturally colored coconut sprinkles.
I made this last night for my boyfriend's birthday (in a heart

pan, because I don't have two same - size

cake it's good, which also tastes incredibly good.
That seems more pie like to me, but it is made in a
cake pan and comes out
cake shaped so call it what you like.

cake pan, turned it out on the counter and cut the round into pie -

If you have extra stuffing, form into generous rolled sausage
shapes, place in a pound
cake baking
pan, cover in foil, shiny side in and bake alongside the turkey breast.
I would never attempt a
shaped cake I don't even do very well with the normal round
cake pans.
I love making bundt
cakes because they are so easy and look stunning because of the
shape of the
pan.
