Thanks for sharing the floor plan, Looks like it has very good flow — especially after you relocate the kitchen and DR. Just a thought since I can't tell what the scale is, but since you do plan to switch those rooms, have you considered (down the road) adding a small bathroom where the current frig, pantry and bedroom closet are located?
