In a conversation via email, I spoke with Hickey about how our obsession with
sharing images of art on social media platforms is changing creative culture.
Not exact matches
Over the last few years, Trump has cultivated an
image as something
of a connoisseur, giving interviews to international media about her favorite artists and
sharing advice for beginner
art collectors on her blog.
Loving thoughts, spoken words, body language, physical touch, momentary interactions with others, acts
of mercy and kindness, creating and
sharing images of Love through song,
art, photography and all creative forms, giving others attention, being fully present and listening to others, affirming the spiritual identity
of others, are all expressions
of Love.
While I am
sharing ten linens, there are over 70 photographs, as I wanted to not just
share overall
images of the linens, but also close - ups
of some areas to highlight the delightful detail and humor
of these works
of art.
The website
of Industrial Light & Magic, the design and effects team made famous by the original Star Wars, has
shared a massive

Students
shared how they used
art to process their own thinking about the Holocaust, and talked about the challenges
of depicting their thoughts symbolically and thinking beyond the graphic
images in the texts we studied.

of your work.
Rather, you want to
share images that have good meta - text, and descriptions that are rich in keywords but not spammy (the difference between «nighttime stars painting night sky
art sparkle» and «painting
of a sparkling night sky»).

images of Andy Warhol and Pop
Art may not seem to bare any relation to the stark sculptures
of Minimalism, both movements

of power at Clockshop this weekend.
As a widely distributed alternative
arts and culture publication, Newcity is the perfect frame in which to re-present these iconic
images from the 1960s and seventies:

shared imagination, energy and excitement propositioned by NASA's golden era while still embodying the DIY energy
of the now.

of it's «Fresh Cream» group shows this Thursday, and we can

of the exciting group
of young artists involved.

art «communicates because it has the capacity to refer to experiences that the artist
shares with his audience», and that «the
