sheep milk varieties, though cow's milk cheeses are becoming more common.

milk variety), and seafood — each served in abundance during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Kefir is traditionally made with cow's
milk, but can be made with soy, coconut, rice, goat, or
sheep milk (other
varieties of
milk yield a more watery kefir than cow's
milk).
I understand it's not exactly Paleo but I limit it to mostly
varieties from raw
milk / grass - fed cows or goat /
sheep's
milk rather than cow's
milk.
