While the core mechanics remain the same, including the brutal difficulty, Evo is still very highly recommended for it's fun gameplay, tight controls, and
sheer amount of things you're given to do.
While managing can be a daunting task, I found the war council menu pretty easy to navigate, for newbie's though
the sheer amount of things to address is mind boggling, at least it was for me for a time.

of hand, while Modern Sonic will face a boss that combines the level design from Lost World with this game's boost mechanics, which was probably the intention for the departure in the 2013 game.
The somewhat grey tiled graphics don't exactly push the Genesis to its limit, but the
sheer amount of stuff happening at any one time certainly does - the bosses, like the red and blue bouncing tank - type
thing on stage one, fling bullets around the screen like dangerous confetti.
Personally I hope that the
sheer amount of pushback against reciprocity doesn't derail the whole broad agenda, which includes
things such as unbundling
of legal services.
