Rotate the baking
sheets during baking for even heating (I rotated mine every 6 minutes).
It's really easy, just make sure to stir it and rotate the baking
sheet during the baking process.

baking sheets in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes, stirring once or twice
during this time.
If using a
baking sheet,
bake the crust for 8 minutes instead of 6
during the first stage of cooking for best results.
