animals find homes.

If working with the
animals at the
shelter isn't your interest, we certainly have many other volunteer needs in the areas of TRANSPORTATION, ADOPTION EVENTS, FUNDRAISING, HELPING OUR WEBMASTER, FOSTERING, MARKETING,
PHOTOGRAPHY, HELPING TO SHOVEL SHOW, HELPING WITH GROUNDS IN THE SUMMER, SENDING OUT OUR EMAILS TO YOUR FRIENDS, PASSING OUT FLYERS IN YOUR AREA.
She then added
animal photography, working with the local newspaper to spread the word of adoptable
animals at the
shelter.
Nicole Del Castillo held a seminar in March where she trained
shelter employees on
photography equipment provided free of charge to CCAS for their use in photographing
shelter animals.
Now that she's retired, she does a variety of things over 10 to 15 hours per week, including office work,
photography for the website and transporting
animals from one
shelter to another.
The «Let's save Friendicoes from shutting down» campaign was launched on BitGiving, an Indian crowdfunding platform, on August 24th, followed by a host of individual initiatives, such as collection drives organized by students, a clothing label named Vajor creating t - shirts to help save the non-profit and a
photography exhibit featuring
animals rescued by Friendicoes being held, with proceeds from the photos going to the
shelter.
Since the spring of 2013, One Picture Saves a Life has held eight workshops at
animal shelters around the U.S., teaching
animal advocates how the transformative power of gentle grooming and compelling
photography can help give pets the second chance they deserve.
I recently taught a
shelter - pet
photography workshop for Best Friends
Animal Society's NKUT coalition partners.
Staging individual portraits for the local stray and surrendered
animals residing at the
shelter, Moss has been able to use his passion and talent for
photography to help give a new life to a countless number of dogs.
I have been donating
photography time and expertise to numerous
animal shelters and rescue groups.
Liz has a passion for
photography and for
animals and it shows in the pictures that she takes of the
animals here at the
shelter waiting for adoption.

On Saturday, March 3rd, the Tulsa Digital
Photography Group met at the Tulsa
Animal Shelter on North Erie for a club shooting.
Children receive basic
photography instruction and then we're off to photograph the
shelter's
animals!
