On top of being the only NAF
vet tech at Eglin Air Force Base, working at Hurlburt Field and with the 7th Group Special Forces unit, she has volunteered thousands of hours organizing the 5K Strut Your Mutt for the Hurlburt Military Working Dog Kennels, EZ Mobile Pet Clinic, PAWS Animal

shelter with a 4,300 intake and 97 % live release rate along with a full service, state - of - the - art medical hospital which includes 7 veterinarians and 25
vet techs.
Careers covered in this program include veterinarians and

shelter staff, K - 9 Unit police officers, dog groomers, and more.
One of our staff members who is a
vet tech has also been working in the
shelter's medical department.
