I brought along everything I would pack for a short trip: underwear, comfortable clothes to
change into, nice lingerie (I didn't want to look too awful after giving birth), makeup, comfortable
shoes, cellphone and,
of course, clothes for the baby.
Of course shoes and jackets (or lack thereof)
change with the seasons.
I normally don't wear white
shoes that often but
of course, I've been transitioning and
changing my wardrobe / style.

of the Learning and Development professionals, taking them far away from content and
courses, and instead into the actual learners»
shoes and so giving employees the tools to learn the skills they need in a way that they like most, so enhancing their learning and development pathway.
And,
of course, you have to have the money in the bank to make those
changes, just like if you were buying a new TV or a swishy pair
of shoes.
Don't forget to stuff those
shoes that can be stuffed with small items, like a
change of jewelry (the inexpensive stuff,
of course) or some
of those plastic zippered bags.
Your workload may increase, you might have to fill their
shoes temporarily, and perhaps this
change will alter the
course of your career journey and the way you feel about working for this organisation.
