Even if a person begins running with a mid-foot strike when switching to minimalist

leg differently, and should be
worked up to slowly.
But if you're experiencing a lot of muscle soreness after
working the
legs, it can mess with your life... painful getting up / sitting down, can't run properly, stairs are a problem, putting on
shoes, etc....
Once you can handle some barefoot and zero - drop
shoes, the next step to help with foot and lower
leg mobility and stability is to
work on your deep squat.
So basically what you've got going on here is a foot problem that, when you're not supporting them with «traditional»
shoes, make your feet hurt because there are muscle imbalances in your lower
legs and feet that are revealed when you demand they
work harder (or correctly), in the min - type
shoes.
I wear these at least once a week to
work (generally with
leggings or pants) and they're the most comfortable
shoes ever.
As the
shoes are pink I wouldn't team it up with black stockings but
leggings would
work too as they allow for a gap between end of black
legging and where the
shoe starts.
Teaming up wide -
legged white palazzo pants with a multi-colored top, jacket, bag and
shoes can
work out as one of the coolest and trendiest outfits.

I think wearing them with flat
shoes isn't
working for me, as I'm not tall enough to pull that off, but if you have some extra
legs, I'm sure those Edun slides would go very well with it too!
Wide
leg trousers — these boots are cool enough that if just the
shoe part was showing under a pair of wide
leg trousers, it would still
work.
I knew that D'Orsay
shoes are really sexy but I used to NOT know that they
work best in making the
legs look longer and leaner.

I would love recommendations for closed toed
shoes that would go with a wide variety of

Strappy
shoes usually make
legs look shorter and aren't really flattering for an hourglass figure, whereas nude colored
shoes elongate your figure and
work well with just about anything!
