The final factor is temperament: some babies are
simply short nappers (though most will begin snoozing for longer stretches before age 2).
This seems to be the solution of all baby sleeping concerns, it is suppose to help with colic, acid reflux, premature babies,
short nappers, restless sleepers, flathead syndrome, sids and probably more!
Some are «
short nappers» but most need more to get a fully restorative nap.
Some babies are
short nappers, long nappers, intermediate nappers... all are fine as long as they are getting enough nighttime hours to fill in the gaps.
But, is there a chance she's just
