I would
shorten waketimes up to one hour each.
I have read about
shortening waketimes, but shouldn't they be getting longer and not shorter since she's about 5 months??
At this point,
shortening the waketime isn't going to fix it because you didn't change waketime and she was fine before.
Try
shortening her waketime by about 5 minutes at a time to see if there is a better length.
I have tried
shortening his waketimes, but that doesn't seem to be working.
If waketime got longer and then she started taking shorter naps,
shorten waketime back up.
If
I shorten his waketime, he'll just play in his crib until he would have fallen asleep anyway, so I don't think that's the cause.
I've extended and
shortened waketimes, nothing has changed.
