Running does build a bit of muscle but is only usually a problem for women who are
shorter endomorph body types.
In most cases it would be good but for
shorter endomorph women, it could cause bulk xx
I have mentioned this before, but if you are
a shorter endomorph build, I would avoid running as it can make your legs bigger.
Running generally only makes people bulky if they are
the short endomorph body type, so if that's not you, I would still suggest it 2 - 3 times per week:) If not though, you can just walk.
Unless you are
a short endomorph — then I would recommend avoiding the running xx
But certain body types (i.e.
shorter endomorphs) may experience bulkiness if they do it too much.
I also want to lose weight but I am
a short endomorph so running for me is not the best way to slim my calves.
If you are
a short endomorph, you may experience your legs getting bulky with running.
If you're
a short endomorph, I wouldn't run so you're on the right track there.

endomorph women (especially if you are
shorter) can get bigger legs from running because running actually builds muscle.
If you are on the
shorter side, or an
endomorph, or both, doing too much yoga may cause too much muscle.
Endomorphs — these people have the tendency to be «plump» with a round upper body, thick neck, and
shorter limbs.
While there are plenty of true
endomorphs out there, don't sell yourself
short.
I should also mention that if you are very
short and are the
endomorph body type, your legs may actually get bigger with running.
However, if you are an
endomorph, are very
short, or very very sensitive to building muscle, these exercises still might cause you to build too muscle for your liking.
I'm an
endomorph and pretty
short and am trying to lose the 20 pounds I gained from inactivity.
Usually only people who are
shorter or are the
endomorph body type (or both) have issues with building too much muscle with running.
If you are
short or an
endomorph body type (or both), HIIT cardio may not be the best exercise for you.
Also, I think I'm a
short / petite version of a
endomorph - or in between a meso &
endomorph.
