I'm a fan of mini
desserts and have made these for a couple dinner parties we have had — they are served in small
shot glasses.
I have served with scones, used as filling and also baked in lemon cupcakes, mixed into lemon buttercream icing swirled with raspberry puree buttercream icing, mini lemon tarts in phyllo dough shells, and mixed into crumbled blueberry muffins and streusel topping in tall
shot glasses as
dessert tasters.
Just alternate layers of this homemade paleo lemon curd with whipped coconut milk in a
shot glass or other
dessert glass and top with a little lemon zest.
If you're making these trifles for a holiday and you have several other
desserts, I highly recommend making them in
shot glasses.
While the cast posed for photos and worked the red - carpet line, partygoers hit the bar, dived into
