I wore this
olive green off - the -
shoulder dress on our trip up the North Shore last weekend and despite the limited mobility in my upper extremities, it felt so perfectly summer paired with some slider sandals and a tasseled clutch.
Flowy crepe material in a soft
olive green flows over the
shoulders down to a V - neckline, while cropped sleeves frame a shift
dress bodice.
To make the
dressing, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar,
olives, peppers, garlic, anchovies, onion, oregano, and parsley in a food processor and pulse until almost smooth (it
should be a little chunky); season with salt and pepper.
You can also
dress up
olives — if you buy plain kalamatas or niçoises they
should last in the fridge for a year — with things like orange segments, fennel or herbs.
