cognitive dissonance on your part to acknowledge that but the studies on the issue (including MANA's own data)
show it to be true.
But Vromen applies too much gravity where it's not needed: Kuklinski is
shown hacking up bodies in one scene and taking his girls to the roller rink in the next, but the
cognitive dissonance isn't punched home.
Overall, it's a great
show that graphically illustrates the
cognitive dissonance that ensues when sensitive artists try to make sense of a world where superficial labels too often trump complex individual realities.
Apparently
showing you other processes where even smaller traces make a difference is so problematic that you need to employ this strategy to resolve your
cognitive dissonance.
