shown in Geneva, such a vehicle is more or
less a
certainty.
They
show that there's a tradeoff between liquidating your portfolio faster and knowing the value with more
certainty, versus liquidating more slowly (and likely for a higher price) but with
less certainty.
Claims of «near
certainty»... given ever weakening real world data and study after study
showing less sensitivity than originally thought... are at this point prima facie evidence of bad faith.
