They will both still
show up on the top of the page, but now you're letting
readers appreciate the evidence and decide for themselves, which review they personally agree with more, rather than simply assuming the one with the most votes has to be categorically true (which can never be the case, obviously, because different
readers will have different
reactions).

In July 2016, I wrote an article about banning smoking in condos and the
reaction from
readers both in the comment section and in email exchanges afterwards clearly
showed how many condo owners wanted to ban smoking in their buildings.
