Not every seller has a spa bathroom to unwind in, but clean
grout,
tiles,
shower door, and vanity can make a big difference in an average bathroom.
While you're there, redo the caulk around your tub and
shower and replace the
grout on your
tile flooring.
Plumbing -
shower, bathtub and sink drains, commodes and components, hot and cold water plumbing,
tiles,
grouting, water penetration and faucet operation.
The bad part is the exact same
tile in our
shower, but with white
grout that is a perpetual shade of yellow / slime pink.
The
shower walls and bathroom floor are 12 × 24 white linen - finish
tiles with light gray
grout.
I did my
shower in white subday
tiles and grey
grout.
The
grout is light grey and there is one strip of clear glass
tile in
shower area.

I actually absolutely LOVE the gray

It's not for everyone but down the road I have plans on replacing the old tub and
shower surround with a slipper tub /
shower and at that time, I do plan on using real
tile on the floor, under the tub and on the
shower walls so in the interim,
grouted vinyl
tiles were a budget friendly and easy DIY solution that I plan on enjoying every day.
