showing some leg + even open toes, while staying warm in the breeze with layers on top.
His current
show, Analogue Future at DCKT Contemporary on the Lower East Side, is his second solo in New York; the first was at Freight
+ Volume in 2010, but the images available on the gallery's website — loosely rendered paintings of cartoonish monsters, including Christmas trees sprouting human
legs — could be, if not for the thickness of the impasto, the work of a different painter.
