I realize you posted this recipe a long time ago, but I have two questions: 1) the picture shows sage leaves on top — at what point would you add those?
There are actually a few foods such as thyme, parsley, spearmint, peppermint, cabbage leaves, sage, oregano, black walnut, sorrel, periwinkle herb, chickweed, yarrow, lemon balm, etc. that have been shown to reduce supply.
