When the corned beef was done
cooking I drained the water and
shredded the
meat.
Slow
cookers are the best thing to ever happen to
shredded meats.
Since it is
shredded pork, you don't even have to sear the
meat before placing it in the slow
cooker.
Return the
shredded meat to the pot, stir to combine and
cook until the
meat is very hot.
Makes sense, I guess, since the
meat is thoroughly
shredded after a long
cooking time.

Instead of
cooking in a smoker, we

You can also use chicken thighs, or
cooked,
shredded meat (chicken or turkey).
Remove the
meat from the slow
cooker (reserving the juices) and
