roasted green chile and grated cheese directly into your tamale masa, scoop into corn husks, and steam until done.
I like it oven
roasted with a little coconut oil then seasoned some garlic, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lime then served with
shredded chicken, black beans, avocado and salsa!!
