Can I add a couple
side and rear delt exercises in the end to my Lower Body workouts?

That being said, the best exercises for strong
rear delts include the high - cable reverse flyes, uncrossovers, j - pulls, one - arm dumbell
side rows
and bent - over wide - grip barbell row to neck.
Once again you can change the order in which you train the deltoid heads — start with the
rear, followed by the front
and, finally, the
side delts.
Grasp the handles with your hands facing inwards
and pull out to your
side and back in a semicircular motion, squeezing your
rear delts.
Keeping your arms elevated at shoulder level, open your arms out to the
sides and engage your
