Well... just a few years ago, until I found about Mexican Tacos, these were, Indian Version, called Punjabi Cauliflower (Gobi) Sabji (side dish) and Roti (Wheat flat breads) with
side of sliced onion and yogurt, that's it!

While the
onion cools, butter one
side of each
slice of bread.
Layer on one
slice of cheese, top with about half
of the grilled
onions and then top with another
slice of cheese, and then the second

Add a few
slices of avocado to the
side of the bowl, then sprinkle the
sliced green
onion, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds over top.
Serve with a
slice of lime, crisp fried
onion, soft brown sugar and chopped peanuts on the
side.
Spread the buns on each
side with a tablespoon or two
of yogurt sauce, then top with the burger patties,
sliced avocado, tomato,
