grilled vegetables on one
side of each tortilla.
Using a
grill pan or a skillet, toast both
sides of the sandwich for about 2 minutes, until the bread is browned and the
cheese melts.

side, the «Insalata Di Pizza» is a white pie on wheat crust with sweet
