You'll find that the power / lock key on the right, and the volume rocker on the left, fall easily under thumb and finger when you're holding the phone in portrait, and OnePlus continues with its notification slider on the
side of the
handset, allowing you to easily switch between silent,
do not disturb and loud modes.

handset does have the one - button volume control on one
side though, and the HTC Wildfire's power / screen - lock button sits on the top
of the
handset alongside the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
In terms
of physical controls there aren't many: the aluminium standby button sits in the middle
of the right - hand
side and we still have mixed feelings about its positioning, but this being a 5 - inch
handset, it feels slightly better placed than it
did on the smaller Xperia T. There's a volume rocker beneath this.
It's disappointing that Samsung didn't use the same color on all
sides of the device as it has
done on the new Galaxy A series
handsets.

do have on the front, Samsung has decided to include 16 - megapixel (f / 1.9 aperture) and 8 - megapixel (f / 1.9 aperture) shooters on the front

does not sport a physical mBack key that the company has been including on all
of its smartphones in the last couple

sides than on the rear probably because
of the metal.

handset comes with rounded corners, and a physical button seems to be available on the left, but that's pretty much it, that's the only visible physical button here, though truth be told, we
do not really see a right - hand
side of the device.

The irony I considered every time I held the Note 4 to the
side of my head for a call is that the audience for the phablet probably uses their
handset for voice more often than most other smartphone owners
do.
