on loan because he wanted him to get lots of minutes under his belt and he sees him as part of his future plans, Jenko is still only 22, I believe he will be Arsenal's future RB, I see Chambers as a CB, Bellerin looks to be a future star but should be sent
on loan next season to a decent premier league
side where he will be
given a lot of

This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of
play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and
play» mentality where players
play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago...
on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender
on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance
play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive
on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted
play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was
playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right
side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched
played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long,
gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities
on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball
play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he
played with Coq Wenger always seemed to
play Francis in a more advanced role
on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third...
on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been
played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily
on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are
on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay
on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen
on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense
given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will
give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this
side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira
on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for
giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer
on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic
on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing
on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard
on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him
on the left against man city to shore up that
side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or
on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might
play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we get
on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes
on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
When Bellerin first came into the
side he not only defended well but was always so dangerous going forward. His pace and ability to go outside his marker
gave us an attacking outlet that allowed us to
play without a recognised right
sided attacker which coincided with Walcott getting less and less game time.We all thought this boy was going to turn into someone very special and so obviously did the management who apparently renewed his contract
on a reputed # 100k per week. What have we seen since then?A player that seems as indecisive and under coached as the rest of the defenders at the club.A player that has rarely delivered a performance that reflected his initial early form.A player whose body language seems to display his displeasure at being at our club when Barcelona reputedly offered # 40m for him in the close season.
First, Bucknall came up with a three - point
play on a drive from the left
side that
gave Carolina a 60 - 59 lead.
I also think that Theo
plays a lot
on confidence, once he starts scoring, he just looks like a beast, hopefully his 2 goals today (although against an awful
side) will
give him a boost, I hope to see him net one against Switzerland, and then
give him a start
on the right against Stoke, who I feel may come at us.
Our
side will be keen for a big performance against the Reds, having already been embarrassed by the Anfield club in August when they
gave us a 4 - 0 thrashing
on Merseyside, and Alex Oxlade - Chamberlain will hopefully be
on the end of both defeats having
played at wing - back for us in the reverse fixture shortly before moving to our rivals.
, Arsenal is not a charity, Arsenal is a football club trying to to win EPL, not a charity trying to help a player who is overated and useless, he got pay to
play a football, not to operate patients and he got 75m a week to be able to pass the ball correctly, never mind score or assist, I get 480 # / week if my confidence is low my boss will
give me a kick at back
side to sort my self out or the door, we do not have to risk our chance of winning the game for a sake of Ox, bench him, the best player
plays, we don't gonna miss is scoring ability or his assist, we will be less frustrated if he is
on the bench typical English player!

According to WhoScored.com, the South American has
played ten games as a central attacking midfielder, six
on the right flank, and one game
on the left - hand
side; that's 17 games in total, the same amount as he has been used as an «MC», the role he would presumably be asked to fill for Arsene Wenger's
side,
given their need for players in that area rather than further forward, where they have the likes of Mesut Ozil, Tomas Rosicky and Aaron Ramsey to choose from already.
mmm i don't think milner is who we need, i don't see what he would add to our team, id rather
give gnabry the
playing time
on the right
side.
Now I think there is still reasons to be cheerful, I agree Man C & Chelski have spent & bought some good players, we all understand that 5 of those teams might be in the CL proper which is a huge distraction for those 4 - 5 teams.Chelsea will not be able to field the same 13 - 14 players all season, as for Man C they were very frail at the back last season, add to that 2 flying wing backs and I'm not sure they will be any better this coming season.LFC will most probably have CL as well if they qualify and haven't exactly bought great players apart from Salah who could be a good aquasistion for them.Spuds have sold a good player & strengthened a rival & still not bought a single player yet, Man U have bought 2 good players & in Lukaku have a proven goal scorer in the PL but if they
play the same dour way they did last season & with the added games the CL brings will they perform week in week out in the league??? As for Everton yes they have released a lot of players and also brought in a lot too to
give better quality in the squad as they have Europa league the same as US the big difference is I think we will
play squad players & youngsters maybe with a few senior players all the way up to the QF This tells me most of our rivals will pave the way for us to field pretty much the same
side every weekend in the PL thus
giving us an advantage over all the other 5 teams
playing in the CL & Europa, just remember the League has been won in the last 2 seasons by teams NOT in Europe YES we are this season but I think Wenger will put all his eggs in the League basket and field an under strength
side in all comps hence focusing
on the League until we are no longer in the race.
Since there's now pace
on the wings either
side of him, Giroud's ability to hold the ball up is very useful as it
gives our wingers a chance to catch up to the
play and make runs.
They could've done this two ways: either build attacks down that
side and have the fullback and winger
play combinations to take out the England defender, or bring
on Olivier Giroud to
give a target to the numerous crosses France
played, which were never going to beat John Terry and Joleon Lescott without a player like Giroud, who never came
on.
A late goal from striker Lima
gave Benfica a narrow advantage to take with them to Turin
on Thursday, but Conte believes that
playing in front of their own fans will aide the
side in their hope of reaching the final.
If this was the first time we have had a poor start or had lots of injuries or failed to sign players we need I would agree
give Wenger time and a chance to correct but this is why so many of us are fed up is this is the 9th year now.wenger has no excuses he chose not to buy a DM and CB in the summer when he had the cash to do so, he fails to work
on the defensive
side of the game and we lose games we should win, he
plays top players out of position arshsvin and now Ozil.
After scoring the only goal of the game to
give Arsenal a much needed win away to West Brom in the Premier League, Danny Welbeck was asked about whether he would be happy
playing on the left
side of a front three, as he used to do for his former club Manchester United.
I hope wenger sees these and benches ozil when he doesn't deliver to have a taste of Wilshere, but never wenger, he prefers his best
on the pitch than
giving willing and passionate players chances, the likes of Campbell, Gabriel, Gibbs instead of easy monreal, Perez shud av
played more last season e.t.c, I hope to say xhaka, Ramsey, Wilshere in front of them, Sanchez / Perez if Sanchez goes, lacazette / welbeck upfront, giroud as sub, Gabriel along
side koscielny and kolasinic, bellerin and gibbs / monreal as full backs, I want szesny back as back up to cech and Martinez as understudy.................. but I won't get it cos it is wenger......... smh
In short, Chambers in not the answer unless Arsenal were going to
play an entirely weakened
side given the opposition and throw the game in order to concentrate and consolidate an attack
on the premiership which is more realistic.
What the Englishman brings to the
side is a greater level of penetration and high - octane forward
play, which makes Arsenal even more lethal
on the counter-attack and
gives the team another source of goals.
I believe that is a great step forward.as it will
give the new manager the time to concentrate solely
on the
playing side.
I would trust Chambers more and I think he could surprise a lot of you and if
given the chance, I think he could make that right
sided CB pos his own, he has experience at CB and RB while also
playing a bit of CM... that experience at his young age along with how he performed
on loan... I want to see the kid
given more time.
Christian Wilhelmsson's impact
on the team's wide
play is visible in the heat chart below as he
gave Sweden an option in the second half with his attacking
play, increasing the «action»
on this area
on the pitch by over 10 % from the first half, however the right hand
side still remained largely unused.
Tony Pulis» Palace
side gave us the most trouble, but by attempting to
play on the counter and by going over the top.
