The Southern - style meats may get most of the attention
at Smoke BBQ, but the

sides — such as brisket hash and grits, brown butter mac and cheese, and red skin potato
salad with buttermilk dressing — are just as tempting.
Wait is this the

restaurant on this
side of the globe?
I first tasted a variation of this
salad at a popular beach
side restaurant here in Florida and I just loved the flavors and the brightness the lime dressing adds.

You can buy kelp or dulse flakes to sprinkle on food, add dried kombu to soups and stews, add a
side of seaweed
salad when you're
at the sushi
restaurant, and use nori wraps as an alternative to bread or grain - based wraps.
If fries aren't your favorite, why not swap them out for a
side salad, fruit, or a cup of soup, which is available
at many fast food
restaurants.
(Annnnd, now I'm actually craving a gyro with tzatziki because a greek
salad is served along
side it
at one of my favorite Greek
restaurants.)
