side sauces with ones based on those found in the Spicy Food Lover's Bible by Dave DeWitt and me.

a side sauce with almond butter, coconut aminos, lime juice, red pepper flakes and water.

Our favorite go to recipe this time of year is peanut
sauce tofu
with a simple

When I spent a semester in Buenos Aires during college, I loved to go out
with friends and order a parrilla mixta, which usually consisted of grilled steak, chicken, chorizo, and often organ meats as well,
with a big bowl of herby chimichurri
