These smoothies
are exactly what I need... especially with the
side of
toast.
I also have yet to master making French
toast that
is crisp on both
sides in a skillet.
The delicious mix of breakfast and lunch
was filling and delicious, the yummy curried potato and kale with sauted onions
was complimented by some iceberg lettuce & carrot salad on the
side, and beans on
toasted bread added that necessary breakfast - y vibe.
This French

toast, very quick and easy to make from tinned beans dal - roti - shaak — any simple dal, a spicy vegetable (often roasted cauliflower or stir - fried cabbage) and frozen parathas (which
are amazing), with yoghurt and chutney on the
side pasta with some sort of veg plus feta, olive oil and lemon.
Place bread slices in the pan and
toast until both
sides of each slice
is browned.
Once one
side is lightly
toasted, flip and put together your sandwich.
Flip again until the cheese
is melted and gooey and both
sides are nicely
toasted.
You can
toast the bread in a regular toaster, but I prefer to use the oven's broiler, where I can carefully watch the bread to get it
