well utilized with it, we will
get more counter attack goals coming in — Right now our counters fall in the way
side and we would have 3 guys — not two to meet the opponents counters... and at least two or three
players in every spot in the field...

best out of
players and can attract big names.

but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger is changing, something some of us have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not
getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «
get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind of
player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the team when the things are not going in our way (something wenger cant do because of his age and because he has never been an active coach on the pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish
well, is a demostration of a change, and a
good one... lets take care of winning things and do nt look the economic
side for once... vardy is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he is always looking for the bargain when u are the guys who has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy... like morata... stop to complain for everything and be consequent with yourself... i would love auba, but it is not going to happen... lukaku is awesome but the asking price is stupid... lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..

This inevitably begs the question of why the Arsenal boss failed to use the German or

good enough for the

good U21
side, most of our
players are 16/17 year old and they play against 21 - 25 year old lads, so they are actually punching about their weight, so by the time they

I've realised people are confusing fullback and wingback assuming them to almost be the same.A wingback can be viewed as a more defensive winger whiles a fullback is just a
player put near the
sides of the centre fullback.Their roles are clearly very different and
well defined. That's why you'll consider Ox at RWB and not RB.We need to switch back to 4 -2-3-1 to
get the
best out of our
players like Ozil, Ox, Kolasinac, Bellerin and Monreal. They'll suffer a lot under 3 -4-3.

That is why Liverpool's appointment of Hodgson is a big risk as, if the Scouse

OF course you can't blame him for everything, but everything football related yes he runs that
side of the club without interference from anyone, here is a man who blames everything and everyone other than ever looking at himself when the team loses a game, for how many years has the club been crying out for a world - class dm, he refused to buy
player's to compliment ozil and Sanchez, yes 100 percent, a
better manager would
get more from the same
players..
With just one week to
get something over the line, I would suggest we may have run out of targets, I believe AW is now waiting for one of the big boys (Real, Barca or Bayern) to go splash the cash on a new star so Wenger can pick up their surplus, It worked
well with Ozil and Sanchez, but we aren't the only
side looking to buy more
players, we are not the only
side who need an injection of quality.
Why were we OUTPLAYED OUTHOUGHT and pretty much 2nd
best against a
side who will probably only just realise their ambition of staying in thePremier league?Simple. They have a manager who COACHES and MOTIVATES his
players to achieve to their abilities. When was the last time we could say this?Wenger somehow achieved this in last seasons cup final by getting a fantastic performance on the day with a second rate / string goalkeeper a back three which included a novice, a left back and BFG playing after 37 minutes of football the whole season.Thats not forgetting OX playing LWB.Why can't Wenger Coach and Motivate Players for a season any more?Start the clear out with Wenger and get someone in

I know some gooners would want 3 points from this game, but
getting a draw away at Stamford bridge against a strong Chelsea
side is just as
good as a win and it can be a confidence boost for the
players.
Seriously Arsenal,
get your bloody act together, Che City Manu have more money than us but they can't buy all the
best players, there is more than enough for us to build a great
side also.
Obviously Chelsea
better side, but we've
got players to come back, January window, and hopefully some
good geriatric meds for Wenger

But while the National League
side will come to north London on Saturday
well up for the fight, Arsenal could be
well off the pace and Arsene Wenger might even struggle to field 11 fit

gets any worse.
I think Arteta is a very
good player against smaller, less physical
sides where he has time on the ball, but for the big games we need someone who won't
get pushed around and bullied.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where
players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current
players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to
get himself in trouble when he
gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these
players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (
better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right
side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did
get a bit
better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive
players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a
player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the
players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this
player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3
players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we
get one of the most committed skill
players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a
player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our
best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6
players that truly deserve a place in this
side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will
get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and
get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great
player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving
players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class
player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he
gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team
player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that
side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we
get on a
good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing
well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do
well this season after all
When Bellerin first came into the
side he not only defended
well but was always so dangerous going forward. His pace and ability to go outside his marker gave us an attacking outlet that allowed us to play without a recognised right
sided attacker which coincided with Walcott
getting less and less game time.We all thought this boy was going to turn into someone very special and so obviously did the management who apparently renewed his contract on a reputed # 100k per week. What have we seen since then?A
player that seems as indecisive and under coached as the rest of the defenders at the club.A
player that has rarely delivered a performance that reflected his initial early form.A
player whose body language seems to display his displeasure at being at our club when Barcelona reputedly offered # 40m for him in the close season.
Laca has a beard - so does Giroud.Other than the fact they are both French there is no comparison.Give this kid (yeah I know he's 26 but that's still young at my age) the service and he will be a top top player.Look at his movement and see how frustrated he
gets as the ball continually goes from
side to
side and backwards.I see a lot of Ian Wright in this boy but even Wrighty would struggle with the way we are set up and play. When Sánchez is gone he will become our main man and just watch the difference.Remember those days when the football was slick and fast?Remember when we had pace all through the team and had
players who knew how to use it?When we change manager a bring in a coach who
gets the
best from
players by playing to their strength you will see a totally different Lacazette and Arsenal
Until then, he is an injured
player trying to
get into a
side of very attacking
players where Wenger wants to defend
well at the same time.
You could say that any Arsenal
side picked should be able to
get past a team struggling in the bottom half of the National League and hopefully they will, but when the manager decides to leave out a lot of our
best players then he is opening himself up to the fury of the Arsenal fans if they fail.
, Arsenal is not a charity, Arsenal is a football club trying to to win EPL, not a charity trying to help a
player who is overated and useless, he
got pay to play a football, not to operate patients and he
got 75m a week to be able to pass the ball correctly, never mind score or assist, I
get 480 # / week if my confidence is low my boss will give me a kick at back
side to sort my self out or the door, we do not have to risk our chance of winning the game for a sake of Ox, bench him, the
best player plays, we don't gonna miss is scoring ability or his assist, we will be less frustrated if he is on the bench typical English
player!
If for some reason Walcott does decide to leave, perhaps a much
better offer, then Wenger would have to
get a new
player in and
get them settled into the
side.
Granite Xhaka saved us last night, i'm not a great fan of Xhaka but i thought the game changed as soon as he come on, on Wilshere i have been his biggest supporter but last night he let me down badly, he made no space for himself he was just out for the fresh air, i thought Sead had a lousy game to even do he scored, it was a sad night for Arsenal supporters and football to watch that, there were plenty of alarms raised when we played Ostersunds FK in the first leg in the second half, AW should of known
better to prepare his team and should
get off his ass and shout a bit from the
side line like all passionate managers do when they send a message to their
players
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the
best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top
player has to possess a more
well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to
get the
best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his
best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear
better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right -
side forward that would
best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to
getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a
good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary
players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of
player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that
better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
In fact he didn't
get much joy out of Niles.Mo Salah is the kind of
player who'll never spare you in any 1v1 situation. It's more of Niles doing
well than Mo Salah choosing rather to work with his team mates.I watch Mo Salah very much and I know what I'm saying.Niles handled everyone at his
side 1v1 very
well but the thing is his positional sense was garbage especially in the first half.
Arsenal finally
got a decent and
well deserved reward for their efforts in the Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund and while Jurgen Klopp was not happy with the performance of his
players, Arsene Wenger suggested that it was the Gunners
getting the balance of the
side right, as an Arsenal.com report shows.
LSU's
got maybe the
best player in the country on its
side, and if the Tigers» defense plays
well near the line of scrimmage, they can leverage Alabama into passing downs, very much an LSU strength.
But hopefully the club captain will be available again for the Gunners» next game against Man United and he is
well aware of how important it is for the
players to
get the fans back on
side again.
One media source that thinks the signing of the Spanish striker could be a great move for the Gunners is The Telegraph, which suggests that our new
player's record last season in a
side that apart from his contribution could
well have been relegated shows that Arsenal are
getting a real talent.
Now time for Munich and am feeling quite optimistic about
getting a result in munich as the last 2visits have been pretty decent (1 -1,2-0) Campbell / Bellerin for the Right
side, Alexis / Monreal on the Left
side is
good enough to contain Bayerns wide
players.
If thats the case
well then why arent these
players all in the bottom twelve PL clubs kicking ass on a weekly basis, and in the championship making those teams as strong as any pl
side — they are
getting their games so why arent they showing us what we are missing.
The Blues have been making fools of themselves all summer in the transfer market, missing out on their three top targets (Kaka, Ribery and Torres), while signing a
player (Deco) who is on the wrong
side of 30 and unlikely to
get any
better than he was at Barcelona.
