Here's an easy way to cheat: Use ice - cream scoopers to serve up
sides like rice.
Though I admit that doing this masterfully is an advanced kitchen skill, just having the thought in your head can help, especially with
sides like rice or quinoa and simple proteins like roasted chicken or pork loin.
Also, you can cook
sides like rice, bulgur or quinoa in bulk and in advance too.

like my smoothies cold, then I add a ton of greens, lemon, spirulina, bee pollen, maca, sprouted brown
rice protein powder or hemp seeds... my smoothies can get a bit on the overloaded
