I like to use the pulse function and then scrape down
the sides of the bowl every once in a while.
Scrape

of dough over the filling and then sprinkle the dough with a bit
of sugar 11) Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a
side of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Add the sugar and continue mixing, scraping down the
sides and bottom
of the
bowl once or twice.
Once cream mixture starts sticking to the
sides of the
bowl, pour into six moulds and refrigerate until set.
The crust may be made from scratch but,
once you have the ingredients on hand, it's nearly as easy to mix up as a cookie crust: just toss all the ingredients into the
bowl of a stand mixer, and paddle until it comes together in moist clumps, then press into the

of the pan.
