Use the spoon to coat the bottom and
sides of the liners by spreading the chocolate around and kind of twirling the cup lightly around the spoon.
Using the back of the spoon, push the chocolate up against
the sides of the liner as well to create the bottom of the «cup.»
2) Line a cupcake pan with liners & fill the bottom with batter, use a spoon to narrow out an opening in the middle & spread the batter up
the sides of the liner!
Gently swirl to bring «white chocolate» slightly up
the sides of the liner.
Likewise, you can use the spatula or spoon to move some of the chocolate onto
the sides of the liner.
Tilt and twist each liner so the chocolate coats
the sides of the liner (to about halfway up) and place back in the tin.

To add more drama, use
the side of the liner to draw a thicker countouring line.
One
side of the liner is a rich purple shade and the other side is a dark black color.
