While I agree this is a deep
cut, and I do not like seeing the structure of a tire from the outside, keep in mind this is on the
sidewall.
That is no big deal it has just
cut into the underlying whitewall material and has not gotten into the structure of the
sidewall.
This could
cut the
sidewall causing catastrophic tire failure, but this would occur whether going fast or slow.
