Here, we provide evidence that mTOR
signaling phosphoproteins, including mTOR, eukaryotic initiation factor 4E — binding protein - 1, p70S6K, and ribosomal protein S6, are highly phosphorylated in ALK + ALCL cell lines and tumors.
Specifically, we measured 14
phosphoproteins under 43 different perturbed conditions (combinations of 5 stimuli and 7 inhibitors) in 14 colorectal cancer cell lines, building cell line - specific dynamic logic models of underlying
signaling networks.
