If your baby shows any
signs of dehydration,
such as dry mouth, less than six wet diapers per day, sunken eyes, a sunken fontanelle, or dry skin, it could potentially be very dangerous.
And if your child has a fever or shows any
signs of dehydration (
such as not wetting diapers), call the doctor right away.

If you see
signs of obvious neglect
such as bed sores or if you see your family member is suffering from
dehydration, these may be

A hydration program would include assisting the person with drinking, offering fluids at mealtime and in between meals, looking for
signs and symptoms
of dehydration, notifying the physician if
such signs and symptoms are present, recording the residents and intravenous fluid replacement when the physician deems it necessary.
